Your role

As a Junior/Trainee Data Analyst, you will be part of our project team and support us in leveraging data.

You will:

Analyse requirements and, together with senior colleagues, translate them into clear structures.

Help build logical data models in Power BI.

Support the creation of Power BI reports for clients.

Work with modern Azure data platforms (e.g. Fabric or Databricks – we’ll teach you).

Learn end-to-end how data flows from source to visualization.

Have the opportunity to develop your skills in Power BI training, data modelling or backend/ingestion over time.

What you bring

A degree, e.g. in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
Initial experience with Power BI or another BI tool, or an interest in learning how to use it quickly
Interest in data modelling, logic and analytical thinking are essential requirements
Enjoy learning, trying new things and making progress together
Clear, structured communication
Willingness to take ownership of tasks
Commitment to Switzerland (resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate)
