ALTYCA GmbH (hereinafter "ALTYCA," "we," "us") is a Swiss company based in Basel. 2. Processing Activities

A. Visiting our Website


When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits certain information (IP address, date and time, accessed pages, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, etc.).

The data is processed by HubSpot and Google:
Purpose:

  • Improving user experience
  • Analyzing website usage
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 13 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR)

Note: Since HubSpot and Google also process data in the United States, your data may be transferred to an “insecure” third country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer in accordance with Art. 17 FADP or Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Retention: Session cookies are deleted after the session ends.

B. Contact Form


When using our HubSpot-based contact forms, the following information is stored: name, email, possibly phone number, message, and other voluntary information.

Purpose: Responding to your inquiry

Legal basis: Contractual/pre-contractual measures (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

Retention: Data is stored until you unsubscribe from further communication.

C. Newsletter


When subscribing to our HubSpot-based newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure. We collect: name, email address, and optional additional information (company, job title, etc.). We also track whether newsletters are opened and links clicked.

Purpose: Sending newsletters and statistical evaluation

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 13 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)

Retention: Until you unsubscribe; afterwards, your data will be deleted.

D. Event & Webinar Registration


When registering via a HubSpot-based form for events or webinars, we collect the information you provide (first and last name, email, company, job title, etc.).

Purpose: Processing your registration and conducting the events/webinars

Legal basis: Contractual/pre-contractual measures (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

Retention: Until you unsubscribe or in accordance with statutory requirements

E. Job Applications


When applying via email, we process all data you provide to us (CV, cover letter, contact details, etc.).

Purpose: Processing your application

Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

Retention: No longer than 2 years, unless you consent to longer storage (talent pool)

F. Cookies


When visiting our website, we use cookies.

Purpose: Providing a user-friendly website and statistical analysis

Legal basis: Technically necessary cookies are set based on legitimate interests. Technically unnecessary cookies are processed only with your consent (Art. 13 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Retention: Session cookies are deleted at the end of the session. Permanent cookies remain stored beyond that and have different retention periods. For third-party cookies, we have no influence on the storage duration.
