A. Visiting our Website
When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits certain information (IP address, date and time, accessed pages, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, etc.).
The data is processed by HubSpot and Google:

B. Contact Form
When using our HubSpot-based contact forms, the following information is stored: name, email, possibly phone number, message, and other voluntary information.
Purpose: Responding to your inquiry
Legal basis: Contractual/pre-contractual measures (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)
Retention: Data is stored until you unsubscribe from further communication.
C. Newsletter
When subscribing to our HubSpot-based newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure. We collect: name, email address, and optional additional information (company, job title, etc.). We also track whether newsletters are opened and links clicked.
Purpose: Sending newsletters and statistical evaluation

Retention: Until you unsubscribe; afterwards, your data will be deleted.
D. Event & Webinar Registration
When registering via a HubSpot-based form for events or webinars, we collect the information you provide (first and last name, email, company, job title, etc.).

Retention: Until you unsubscribe or in accordance with statutory requirements
E. Job Applications
When applying via email, we process all data you provide to us (CV, cover letter, contact details, etc.).
Purpose: Processing your application
Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)
Retention: No longer than 2 years, unless you consent to longer storage (talent pool)
F. Cookies
When visiting our website, we use cookies.
Purpose: Providing a user-friendly website and statistical analysis
