What to do when reports urgently need to be rebuilt and external support is required …?
In such cases, a partnership-based approach and a transparent, tailored proposal create trust – as was the case at Centris, where outdated reporting systems made the switch to Power BI necessary, but in-house expertise was lacking.

ALTYCA therefore focused on understanding Centris’ needs early on: a thorough preliminary analysis by specialists and a transparent, customized proposal laid the foundation for a partnership on equal footing.

In several workshops, the new Power BI reports were developed step by step with the Centris team. Complex DAX calculations were handled by ALTYCA, while the rest was created in direct collaboration. In total, four key reports were successfully migrated from the old system. In addition, five training sessions were conducted to enable the Centris team to work effectively with Power BI.
