You’ll learn the key Data & AI fundamentals and get to know ALTYCA, how we work and the kinds of client projects we deliver.
Get personal guidance
You’ll have your own People Coach, regular Trainee Team Meetings and dedicated points of contact during your assignments – so you’re never left to figure things out on your own.
Learn alongside others
You’ll be part of a small trainee cohort. You’ll start together, exchange ideas and learn from each other along the way.
Work on real projects early on
During the program, you’ll already be involved in practical project assignments – not just training sessions or theory.
Grow into responsibility step by step
After the Trainee Program, you’ll move into the role of Associate Consultant and gradually take on more responsibility in client projects.
Keep your options open
You don’t need to choose your specialist focus right away. Whether it’s backend, frontend or another area, your direction will develop over time. First, you’ll build a broad foundation.
Your path at ALTYCA
Trainee Program
During the Trainee Program, you’ll build your Data & AI foundation, get familiar with our structures, processes and methods, and gain your first hands-on project experience with an allocation of 40–50%.
Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll take on more client project work, increase your allocation to 80–100% and continue to develop your technical and methodological skills.
Specialization
In the specialization phase, you’ll sharpen your profile and deepen your expertise in selected areas – based on client needs, your development and your personal strengths.
